The Board of Directors

The Board of Directors is responsible for setting the company’s strategic direction and ensuring its long-term objectives are achieved. It oversees overall performance to keep the company on course. The Board also approves the annual budget and appoints senior executive management. NAMA Electricity Generation’s Board consists of five members appointed by NAMA Holding Company in accordance with applicable regulations.
