Operations and Technical Support

The Operations Team serves as a central pillar in managing and supporting electricitiy generation in rural areas. They are responsible for ensuring the efficient flow and transmission of electricity from generation facilities to the distribution companies that deliver it to end users. Complementing these efforts, the Technical Support Department oversees all power generation stations across the Sultanate's Governorates. It plays a key role in monitoring the operational performance of each facility to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations. The department's core responsibilities include analyzing technical data, preparing comprehensive reports, and offering strategic recommendations to regional management. Additionally, it reviews technical tenders and ensures all activities are carried out in accordance with established safety and operational standards.
